Clearwater Memorial Public Library

Your Library News!

July 10, 2025 By CMPL Librarians

We have Adult Summer Reading at Clearwater Memorial Public Library! Adults check out a surprise book, read it, bring it back, and receive one free book of your choice with a chance to win more!  The fourth in the art series for Adults, Suminagashi (Japanese paper marbling), will be held July 16th, also from 10 to noon. Register right away!

Buzz in this Friday (10:30 or 2:30) to read about bees at Story-time and make a happy bee for craft!

Bring the kids in anytime to register for Summer Reading for 0-18-year-olds. They get a free book and other goodies at registration and each time they complete a level. Each level of summer reading takes only one week to complete. Participants can complete up to 4 levels.

We have Book Club! Come in on the third Wednesday of the month (2 p.m.) and check it out. July 16th, discuss “Project Hail Mary” by Andy Weir.

Support the library and The Friends of the Library by attending a fundraiser in the annex on the 2nd and 4th Fridays of every month, from 10 am to 12:30 pm. This month (July) buy one Nora Roberts novel, get one free!

You can fill up on used reading material and other free items from the designated carts in the library’s front foyer.

We have a seed exchange! Bring in any extras you have to trade with us, or just take some. Happy sprouting!
