Your Library News!

Happy 2026 from Clearwater Memorial Public Library!

There will no longer be an afternoon Storytime and Craft session. However, craft supplies will still be available after the morning session. This Friday at 10:30 a.m., the theme is “Spaghetti”!

We will be CLOSED Monday, January 19th, for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.

This month (Tuesday, January 20th, from 2 – 3:30 p.m. in the Burnham-Moore Conference room here at the library), we look forward to a new presentation, “A Local History Journey” by Speaker Ken Harvey, hosted by The Clearwater Historical Society. Coffee, water, and cookies are provided, and the presentation is free (donations welcome).

At the next Book Club, January 21st, discuss “The Turn of the Key” by Ruth Ware.

Saturday, January 24th, at 10 a.m., join us for Egyptian Mask Making! Register as soon as possible, as class size is limited.

We care about staff safety. If there are school closures or other unsafe conditions, the library will be closed. Thank you all for your patience.

Due to extensive damage, we have removed the “Little Library” from Ahsahka Community Park. There is another one next to the North Fork Cafe at the entrance to the Ahsahka RV Park.
